Participants will explore a “case study” on the Native American occupation of Alcatraz Island and related current issues. They will also explore World Savvy’s student facing hyperdoc called the “Collaboratory” based in the Knowledge to Action design thinking framework. How can we support historically informed student action through tools and resources with strong technologies, multiple perspectives, and collaborative frameworks?
Please bring a web enabled device (laptop or tablet preferred) if possible!
